At EESS Studio, we understand that receiving your collectible should be an exciting and memorable unboxing experience. However, if something doesn’t go as expected, our team is here to assist you.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want our collectors to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you experience any issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact our support team within this period and provide your order number and details of the issue, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

All EESS Studio collectibles are carefully crafted and hand-finished, which may result in minor variations that make each piece unique. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist you with:

Replacement (subject to stock availability)

Replacement parts if available

Full refund if a replacement cannot be provided

Please send clear photos of the damage and packaging so our team can evaluate the issue quickly.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. Our team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Replacement Parts

For certain collectibles, we may be able to provide replacement parts if available. Since many of our items are limited edition, replacement parts may be limited and are not always guaranteed.
